Objective: While interning at Erwin-Penland, A Hill Holliday Agency, myself and five other interns were put to the task of bringing more awareness of the Erwin-Penland internship program to high quality applicants.
Strategy: To create a campaign using our three biggest challenges of location, name recognition, and lack of knowledge about the internship program to our advantage. This print campaign is a tool to lead potential applicants to a microsite where he/she can then further customize their experience in learning about the program.
